All Ape Calisthenics products are custom made-to-order. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Processing Time Once your order is placed, it is sent to production within 1-2 business days. Production takes an additional 3-7 business days before your item is shipped.
Shipping Times Depending on product availability, your order may ship from a US or international facility. Estimated delivery times after production:
- United States (US facility): 3-5 business days
- United States (International facility): 9-14 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- Rest of World: 9-21+ business days
Please allow up to 3 weeks for international orders. Total delivery time = processing + production + shipping.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs processing, peak seasons, or weather events.
Incorrect Address Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. Ape Calisthenics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please contact your local carrier to file a claim.
