Refund Policy

At Ape Calisthenics, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom-produced at the time of purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Wrong size selected
• Change of mind
• Buyer's remorse

To ensure the best fit, please use the size chart provided on every product page and measure yourself before ordering. 

Wrong Size? We understand sizing can be tricky. If you ordered the wrong size, we're happy to offer you a replacement at 50% off the original price. 

To request a discounted replacement, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@apecalisthenics.com with your order number and the correct size.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@apecalisthenics.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We will review your claim and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, production has begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at contact@apecalisthenics.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local carrier.
